Aerators, Forced/ Induced
Counter Current Air Flow

Equipment Overview :

FORCED DRAFT AERATOR
An induced or forced forced draft unit accomplishes an upward flow pattern, but forces the air in the inlet baffle, and exhausts it through a screened hood located at the unit top. Forced draft air is forced into the bottom of the Aerator, causing counter flow of air up through the media. Air exits through screened hood on top of the unit. Pressure aerators are generally used in ground water applications where a well pump is used to force water through pressure filters without breaking pressure.

BENEFITS
• Iron and manganese removal
• Hydrogen sulphide removal
• Minimal maintenance required
